No really – this coleslaw is great for any sandwich, burger, side dish and it does a taco justice.
What you’ll need:
A big bowl and a spoon
I will tell you here that this has to be made at least an hour before you want to serve it
Ingredients
1 bag of Coleslaw – I use Dole but you use what you can find at your store
1 tablespoon of Siracha – more or less to your taste
½ cup of mayo
1 tablespoon of milk and vinegar
A pinch of sugar
Mix all the wet ingredients, including the dash of sugar in a bowl. Pour the bag of coleslaw into the bowl and mix.
It’s best after it has sat for at least 1 hour before you serve it. The coleslaw needs time to break down and get soft from the vinegar.
If you are in doubt of the ratio’s of the ingredients for the coleslaw – the directions are on back of the bag – just add the Siracha and you have it!!!!
