What you’ll need:
Zester for lime
Um…. yeah, that’s it
- ¾ cup of sour cream
- 1 lime – ½ for juice, all of the lime zest
Put the sour cream in a bowl and squeeze half the lime and all the zest. Stir until the lime juice combines with the sour cream into a smooth cream. Season with salt.
Best left to sit for an hour or so before serving. You can make it the night before and store in the refrigerator in an air tight container.
Best over a taco, but good anytime you need a pop of freshness!
